Keaton, who is well known for restoring architecturally significant homes in the L.A. area, paid $9.1 million (€6.2 million) last year for the six-bedroom house built for Oscar-winning composer Alfred Newman in 1948.
The house sits on 2.6 acres (1.05 hectares) overlooking Sunset Boulevard and includes a barn, riding stables and one of Wright’s trademark hexagonal pools.
